What issue are you having?
I purchased a lab kit and it is missing an item, an item is damaged, or something isn’t working
Berean Builders resells lab kits for our courses. Since we don’t supply the kits we don’t have components nor are we familiar with the items in the kit as suppliers often change them based on price, availability, etc.
Therefore, to replace a missing or damaged item or get help with a problem with an item in the kit you should contact the maker of the kit directly. The kit should have come with an insert identifying the supplier and contact information. There also should have been an additional insert from Berean Builders tucked in the box or taped to the outside with supplier contact information.
